Natural Serenity is a team of friendly and dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering a once in a lifetime experience for our clients. We are incredibly proud of our country and everything it has to offer and we love nothing more than sharing it with people from all over the world. The team at Natural Serenity understands that the decision to come to Africa is often a big one and there can be some anxiety associated with travel to the African wilderness so we listen intently to our clients and do our best to create the perfect trip based on their wants and needs. We also understand the importance of excellent customer service, including prompt, reliable communication and strive to meet our clients expectations at every turn.
OUR GUIDES:
All our guides are fluent in English and Swahili. We also have guides who speak Spanish, French, German, Chinese and Italian. Our Guides are one of our most valuable resources. In addition to their extensive knowledge of the wildlife, flora & fauna, culture, and physical features, they are friendly, charming and have high levels of interpersonal skills.
OUR VEHICLES:
All our Safari vehicles are Toyota Landcruiser 4x4s. They have pop-up roofs. The vehicles are serviced and maintained to a very high standard before, during and after every safari.
All our safari vehicles have power / charging points. Please bring travel adaptors to ensure they are suitable for your appliances / devices.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE JEEP BREAKS DOWN?
We ensure fast, clear communication from your first inquiry to your trip’s end. Our team provides updates and guides you through every step for a stress-free, smooth safari experience.
Our Safari vehicles are serviced and maintained to a very high standard before, during and after every safari. The age of the vehicles in our fleet varies but most were built between 2008 and 2020. If your vehicle does break down and it cannot be fixed on the road, we will request a rescue jeep which will come for you so that you can continue your safari with minimum impact. Whilst every effort is made to prevent this from happening, the driving is rough and the vehicles do take quite a pounding!
WHY TANZANIA?

In Tanzania you will experience the most breath-taking landscapes, spectacularly diverse wildlife, mountain climbing, and idyllic islands along with historical and cultural riches. The Serengeti is a truly remarkable place. Each year millions of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle move across the Serengeti plains in search of green grass and fresh water. The southern and northern plains of the Serengeti are the two main feeding grounds for the herds. The animals are constantly on the move between these two areas each year. To witness this is unforgettable. Ngorongoro Crater is one of the largest volcanic calderas in the world. The views from the top are spectacular and once inside the Crater, you will experience a wide variety of wildlife concentrated in a relatively small area. Tanzania is home to Mount Kilimanjaro – Africa’s largest mountain. For many people, reaching the summit of this majestic mountain is a life-changing experience. Tanzania also has some of the most beautiful islands, with white sands and turquoise waters. Before or after your safari, enjoy a gentler pace of life. We must not forget the people of Tanzania. Our people are some of the most hospitable that you will encounter. Wide, genuine smiles will greet you wherever you are and people will do their very best to ensure that your visit is memorable.
